An American actor, who has been married to the actress Laurie Harper since 1950 and grew up in Portland, Oregon. He participated in World War II and received the Silver Star. He began his artistic career by participating in the film Live and Let Die in 1937 with actor Paul McCartney and actor George Martin. His acting career lasted for nearly six decades and included theater, cinema, and television. Among his artistic works is the film The Man with the Golden Gun (1974). |
