An American screenwriter, born in Duluth, Minnesota, USA. He began his career in singing in the musical quartet The Escorts, while his first screenplay was the film The Good Guys and the Bad Guys (1969), which he co-wrote and co-produced with Ronald M. Cohen. Among his credits are The Gauntlet (1977), Turner & Hooch (1989) and Code of Silence (1985). He died on September 14, 2016. |
