Add/Update Information: Richard Ford - Writer

An American author, born in Jackson, Mississippi. His grandfather, who owned a hotel, raised him after his father passed away. He enrolled at Michigan State University to study hotel management, but he soon changed his major to English, in which he obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree. Among his teachers were novelists Oakley Hall and E. L. Doctorow, whom he was influenced by. He's known for Wildlife (2018) and Bright Angel (1990).
