He appeared in films playing supporting roles under a contract with Warner Bros. starting in the early forties, and in the mid-fifties, he turned to television work. His most notable work includes The Man Who Came to Dinner (1942), Daredevils of the Clouds (1948), and Your Hit Parade (1952-1957). He died in Hamilton, Illinois, on February 13, 2012. |
