A Greek writer, director, and editor, who participated in the official competitions of several festivals. At nineteen, he moved to London, England to study photography and art history at the University of Westminster Film School. He worked mainly in London on seventeen feature films and documentaries for British television, most of which won numerous awards. After working in London for eighteen years, he wrote and directed his short film Truth, which won an honorary award at the Hellenic Film Academy Awards. Greece chose Amerika Square to represent it at the Oscars for Best Foreign Language Film.
