An Australian actor of Iraqi descent, born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. His father is an Iraqi pianist and restaurant owner and his mother is a Hungarian doctor in economics. He lived for a period of his life in the Netherlands and began his career in 1998, and he appeared in the television series Breakers. He married Australian actress Alin Sumarwata.
