A British actor, born in Oxford, on July 11, 1958. He was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in 1970 for his role in the movie Oliver! (1968). Mark got married twice, and had four children with his first wife. He was born to an English mother and a Russian-Jewish father. He received his first education in London schools as a young child, and began his artistic career at the age of 6 by appearing in the movie The Counterfeit Constable in 1964. Among his works: Crossed Swords (1977), Our Mother's House (1967) and S. W. A. L. K. (1971). He completed his university studies, specialized in orthopedics. He got married in 1993 and lived with his wife and children in Cheltenham, where he and his wife worked in the field of orthopedics.
