A Hungarian writer and director, who studied at the College of Applied Arts in the decoration and painting department. From 1957, he worked at the Pannonia Film Studio, where he was a background painter. He obtained a master's degree in animation from the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design. He initially worked with artists such as Attila Dargay. He then began his career with a commercial. He was appointed director in the early 1960s, and his eight-minute short film Passion became one of his most notable works. In the early 1980s, he wrote the Cat Catcher.
