An American actress, born in Houston, Texas, on July 25, 1918, as Eschal Miller, and she died on July 25, 1993 in San Diego, California, of heart failure. Nan Gray is best known for her roles in Three Smart Girls (1936), Love in a Bungalow (1937), The Invisible Man Returns (1940). Nan Gray worked with Universal and some other companies during the 1930s, and her movie debut was The St. Louis Kid (1934). She also worked on radio until 1945 and then worked in the theater until 1950. She retired from artistic work except for appearing on television in 1960 in one episode of a TV series.
