An American actor, who was born in Long Beach, New York, on October 10, 1926, and died in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, on June 14, 1997, of skin cancer. Richard Jekyll was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1972 and was awarded a Golden Boot in 1992. Richard Jekyll married Antoinette Marches (1947-1997) and had two children, and she remained with him until his death. Richard Jekyll's most important works include 3:10 to Yuma (1957), The Dirty Dozen (1967), Airplane II: The Sequel (1982), and Starman (1984).
