At the beginning of his literary life, he published a group of short stories in Al-Resala magazine from 1949 to 1952. He received the State Encouragement Award in 1972 for his novel Back to Exile about the life of the Egyptian revolutionary Abdullah Al Nadim. He died on Tuesday, December 20, 2016.
