An American actor, who was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on February 9, 1901. He died in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, on April 5, 1972, of throat cancer. Brian Donnelly was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1940 and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1960. Brian Donnelly is best known for acting in: Beau Geste (1939), Impact (1949), and The Miracle of Morgan's Creek (1943). He presented distinguished roles that earned him enough experience to go to Hollywood. He debuted his cinematic career with the silent film A Man of Quality (1926), and his first was Gentlemen of the Press 1929. He presented to the cinema until 1969 about 90 films, and he also had a share in the theater and television.
