Egyptian actress and radio personality and mother of actress Layla Olwi. She was famously known as Stella due to her Greek origins. She began working at the Egyptian Radio, on the European Program in Greek, in 1964, after having won first place, beating 30 others in a competition organized by the Greek embassy in Egypt. She was a presenter and producer. She also appeared in the series This Destiny and Eyes Know the Truth. She died on 29 August 2017.
