An Iranian actor and writer who attended the University of Art and Architecture, where he studied acting. He is known for Tiny Snowflakes (2003) and Offside (2006). He received several awards and nominations, including the Crystal Simorgh at the Fajr Film Festival for Seven Minutes to Fall in 2010 and A Petition for Allah in 2008.
