A Kuwaiti academic researcher, critic and writer. Born in 1969 in Kuwait, she obtained a high school diploma and then a Bachelor of Arabic Language at the Faculty of Arts - Kuwait University. She also obtained a master’s thesis from Ain Shams University - Cairo, then obtained a doctorate from Ain Shams University - Cairo, and participated in many committees. She is an active member of many councils and committees at the university level, the College of Arts and other colleges at Kuwait University, and the Association of Faculty Members, and she gives lectures inside Kuwait and in the universities of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. She participated in a research on university theater, in which she represented Kuwait University on the World Theater Day in Kuwait in 1989. She has written many educational and literary articles, published in the Kuwaiti press and in various magazines and newspapers. Among her artworks is the series Planting Kindness in 2019.
