French actress and model, born in Toulon. She began her career in 1960 and has appeared in over 50 successful films. She is best known for her long collaboration with Alain Delon and appeared in the film Weekend (1967). She became a well-known film star in France with Yves Robert's film The Tall Blonde Man with One Black Shoe (1972). Her most important works include Summit (1968), Les passagers (1977), and Virginie (1962). She suffered several strokes and underwent heart surgery. She died on August 28, 2017, at the age of 79.
