She relocated to Toronto for training when she was sixteen years old, and she started acting classes in Sydney, Australia. She returned to Canada and graduated with honors from the University of Toronto with a degree in English and history. She has appeared in works such as Left for Dead (2007), It's Christmas, Carol! (2012), and Love Under the Rainbow (2019).
