An Iranian actress, born on March 21, 1949, in Tehran. She graduated with a degree in directing from the Advanced School of TV and Cinema. She started her artistic career on stage and entered the world of cinema through her participation in the movie The Cow (1969), directed by Dariush Mehrjui. She began her television directing experience in 1975. She then moved on to the world of acting, appearing in many works, including Foreign Currency (1989), Smell of Camphor, Fragrance of Jasmine (2000), and The Sinners (2012).
