American actor born on 18 January 1969 in Rocky Mount, Virginia, US. He moved to Buffalo, New York in elementary school. He attended high school at the Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts, and then studied theater at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. He was the first to play the role of Tom Collins in the 1996 Broadway musical Rent and reprised his role in the 2006 film version of the same name. He is also famous for his roles on the Law & Order TV franchise and The Flash (2014-2021) |
