Bollywood film writer, director, and producer Reema Rakesh Nath was born on 30 August 1954, to actors D. K. Sapru and Hemvati. Her husband is film producer Rakesh Nath. She is the mother of actor Karan Nath and actress/producer Dakshina Nath. She is best known for writing the Golden Jubilee film Saajan (1991), the highest-grossing film of that year, as well as other films like Aarzoo. She also directed the movie Mohabbat (1997).
