A former film actress and model, who has worked in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi films. She was born in Bangalore, India, and studied at Sri Aurobindo Memorial School, Bangalore. She received a scholarship to the Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College and has been actively involved in various activities and sports. She is the granddaughter of Carnatic singer Kamala Kailas and the cousin of actress Vidya Balan. After completing her studies, she worked in print advertisements and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She started her acting career in 2003. She also appeared in the film Chennai Express in 2013. |
