An Iranian actor, born in Tehran. He began his career with The Husband Hunt (1968) and went on to star in films such as Naghs-e fanni (1976), The Guest (1976), The Second Way (1984), Madrak-e jorm (1985), The Finish Line (1986), Covoy (1992), and The Fourth Child (2012). He received an honorary award for his role in I Feel Sleepy in 2012 from the Fajr Film Festival. He died on April 8, 2014, at the age of 79, in Tehran.
