An American actress, born in Vientiane, Laos, in Southeast Asia, and she spent  first two years of her life in refugee camps in Thailand and the Philippines after her family escaped from insurgency and military conflict throughout the country. Her family settled in Wichita, Kansas, where she was raised. After graduating from college, she moved to L.A. to pursue a career in accounting and finance in a movie studio before deciding to act. Her debut was in Gut-to-Go (2010). She is known for Z Nation (2016-2018), Scorpion (2015), and Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders (2016).
