She began acting as a child, working in theater to help raise money for low-income college students. After high school, she attended the New York University School of the Arts, where she majored in dance and theater. She appeared on television in Baywatch (1992). She is best known for her roles in One Life to Live (1995), How to Be a Player (1997), Uninvited Guest (2000), and Traci Townsend (2007).
