A British actress, born in Luxembourg. She began working at her local school and the National Youth Theatre during her childhood. She also began taking piano lessons at the age of seven and began dancing jazz and ballet at the age of nine. She then moved to London to study at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. She has worked alongside Daniel Day-Lewis, Paul Thomas Anderson, Elle Fanning, Maisie Williams, and others. She has appeared in numerous films in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the rest of Europe, including Mary Shelley (2017), House of Boys (2009), Murder: Anatomy of a Trial (2018), and Phantom Thread (2017).
