She is an American ballerina and actress, born on May 16, 1937, in Taylorville, Illinois. She was known for playing Batgirl in the series Batman (1967-1968). Her other notable film roles include: In Like Flint (1967) and Kissin' Cousins (1964). She also appeared in a number of TV series, including The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis, and Mod Squad. She passed away on August 17, 2015 from breast cancer. |
