An Indian stage and television actress who lives with her family in Mumbai. She is the daughter of composer and singer Ajit Singh and numerologist Geetanjali Singh. She began her acting career as a child in the sitcom Dekh Bhai Dekh. In 1993, she played the role of Kirti, the emotional and talkative daughter of Navin Nischol and Farida Jalal. After a four-year hiatus from acting, she made her Bollywood debut as the lead actress in the 2010 film Mission 11 July. She has a strong background in theater and is known for her work in critically acclaimed stage productions, as well as her performances on camera. She is also an art therapy practitioner and a passionate advocate of the arts as therapeutic tools.
