A New Zealand actress, born in Auckland, New Zealand. She became involved with the arts at a very early age, practicing ballet and expanding her dance repertoire to include jazz, tap, and modern styles. She also learned to play the violin, but once she entered high school, she became involved in drama and singing. She began her acting career in the long-running New Zealand television series Shortland Street in 1992. She later became known for her role as Kira Ford in Power Rangers: Dino Thunder (2004), Jennifer Mason in Haven (2010), and Brigid O'Reilly in Cloak & Dagger (2018).
