Chinese director, born on February 10, 1923, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. He was Hong Kong's leading martial arts director in the 1970s, and now has nearly 100 films to his name. He was the most prolific director of the Shaw Brothers Studios. He died on June 22, 2002, in Hong Kong, China. He is known for Dynasty of Blood (1973), and Five Deadly Venoms (1978). |
