An American writer, who graduated from Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences and received her MFA from the Bennington Writing Seminars at Bennington College. Susan also teaches in the Master of Fine Arts program at Stony Brook Southampton. She is also the director of the Southampton Writers' Conference. She is known for Shirley (2020).
