An Iranian director and actor, born in Jiroft, Kerman Province, southeastern Iran. He studied acting at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Tehran. He also completed his postgraduate studies and obtained a master's degree in directing from Tarbiat Modares University in Iran and a doctorate in art. He has appeared in dozens of works in cinema and television, the most important of which are the films Dakal (1996), The Flight (2001), and Mosafer (2005), and the series Until Morning (2008) and Men of Anjolos (1997).
