He won the Best Actor Award in...Read more 1979, the Best Director Award for the film "Very Civilized" in 1995, and the Creativity Award from the Malmo Festival in Sweden for the series "Time and Dust" in 2001. He wrote short stories in the sixth grade of primary school, then wrote and directed many plays. His notable credits include Madi, Oh Madi (2005), Imam Al-Shafi’i (2002), Idleness, Unemployment (2006), and Box of Secrets (2013).
