An Iranian film director, screenwriter and actor, born in 1953 in Ahvaz, Iran. He began his career with acting, theater directing and playwriting in 1977 in Ahvaz, then began appearing in the films Horizon (1989) and then The Bride (1991). He also worked as an assistant director in the film Fly at Last (1991), then began directing films such as Old Men's School (1991) and Transit (1993). He died during the filming of the movie Line of Fire as a result of a bullet that hit him, and his brother Farid Sajjadi Hosseini completed filming after him.
