An English actress, born and raised in rural Warwickshire. Her mother is an artist, her father runs a creative agency, and her older brother is a video choreographer. She was educated at the King's High School, a private girls' school in Warwick. After finishing school, she applied to study at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Instead, she studied English Literature at the University of Sheffield, before deciding to switch to studying drama at the University of Exeter, where she graduated in 2014. She took a nine-month intensive course in acting, before moving to London, where she joined the National Youth Theatre and performed in the West End theatre. She is known for Yesterday (2019), Young Wallander (2020), Poldark (2015), and New Blood (2016).
