She is a Turkish actress and singer, born on November 16, 1972 in Istanbul, Turkey, and she is Leman Sam's daughter. She went to primary and secondary school at Hasan Ali Yücel Primary School, then she attended Zincirlikuyu Vocational High School. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts , Department of Graphics, at Marmara University. She is known for her roles in Yasak Elma (2018-2022) and Black and White (2010), and for performing the soundtracks of The Edge of Heaven (2007) and Ivy (2015). She was married to the legendary former football player, Metin Tekin, with whom she had one child.
