American actress and model, born on July 8, 1998 in New York City. She is the daughter of actors Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke. Her dyslexia caused her to change schools frequently during her elementary education before finally enrolling in St. Ann's School, a private school in Brooklyn. She attended Juilliard School of Performing Arts for a year before being forced to drop out to take the part of Jo March in the mini series Little Women (2017). She modeled for Vogue early in her career. She appeared in the TV series Stranger Things, and the horror film Fear Street: Part One - 1994 (2021).
