A British novelist, humanitarian, and former candidate for the UK Conservative Party, born in Kuwait. She co-founded the Kindness Day campaign in the UK and founded the Act Against Bullying charity. After attending Kuwait's Anglo-American School, she went to Kent's Ashford School for Girls as well as the Hertfordshire and Essex High School. She was an actress and playwright, working in the theaters of Sydney, and she collaborated on a dinner-theater show with Andrew Harwood in 1988. She is known for writing Kidnapped to the Island (2020) and The Ex Next Door (2019).
