British novelist, philanthropist, and former candidate for the UK Conservative Party. She was born in Kuwait. She co-founded the Kindness Day campaign in the UK and is the founder of the Act Against Bullying. After attending Kuwait's Anglo-American School, she went on to Kent's Ashford School for Girls and Hertfordshire and Essex High Schools. She was an actress and playwright for the Sydney stage and collaborated on Dinner Theater with Andrew Harwood in 1988. She is known for writing Kidnapped to the Island (2020) and The Ex Next Door (2019).
