American actress and fitness trainer, born on September 16, 1976 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She obtained a diploma in sports marketing from George Brown College in Toronto, a degree in psychology from the University of Manitoba, and many fitness certifications. She launched her career as a personal trainer by focusing on workouts that could be done with little or no equipment. She is known for her appearances in Karate Rock (The Kid with Iron Hands) (1990), Desire (1997), and Kill Shot (1995).
