An American actress, born in Milwaukee, Minnesota. She attended Minneapolis's Convent of the Sacred Heart School. She started to engage in artistic endeavors in the first decade of the 20th century, working with producer Al Christie. In 1916, she secured a film contract with the Triangle Film Corporation and performed in her parents' circus, William and Hazel Bennett. In her twenties, she performed in theater and film and made numerous appearances in advertisements.
