An American director, writer, and producer, born on August 15, 1950, in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. She went to Broad Ripple High School, and after her graduation, she attended Monterey Peninsula College in California. She also obtained her BA from the New School for Social Research in Literature. From 1975 to 1977, she worked as the managing editor of the poetry magazines Antaeus and Ecco Press. She is known for Killing Kasztner (2008), Caris' Peace (2011), and Ximei (2019).
