A Turkish actor, writer, and founder of Ortaoyuncular Theater Group, born in Çarsamba, Samsun, Turkey. He gained a unique position in Turkish theater, studied at Galatasaray High School for a while, graduated from Çarsamba High School (Çarşamba Fen Lisesi) in 1970, and had his first professional acting experience in 1971. He continued his education and theater studies in France and Canada between 1972 and 1975. He appeared in the musical Harem Qui Rit, which he directed at the De Quatre - Sous Theater in Montreal, and returned to Turkey in the same year. He also wrote many books, and appeared in TV series and films, such as Pardon (2005), Son Ders: Ask ve Üniversite (2008), and Sans Kapiyi Kirinca (2005). He died on August 31, 2021, in Istanbul, Turkey at 70.
