A British actor, born in Reading, Berkshire, England, United Kingdom. Ronald Allen married actress Sue Lloyd in 1991, and their marriage ended after 3 months when Ronald died. Among Ronald Allen's most important works are A Night to Remember (1958), The Projected Man (1966), Crossroads (1972-1985), and Doctor Who (1963). Ronald studied at Leighton Park School, graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), and worked in theater at the Old Vic Theatre and the Repertory Theatre Allen spent two years in Hollywood under contract with 20th Century Fox in the 1950s. He appeared in horror, science fiction, black comedy, and war films. He died in Reading, Berkshire, England, United Kingdom on June 18, 1991, from cancer at the age of 60.
