A Tunisian writer and director, who, during his stay in Paris, directed three short films that deal with the concepts of love and exile: X-Moment (2009), Li-La (2011), and The Night of Badr (2012). In 2016, he directed his first feature film, Thala My Love, which was screened in several festivals, including Toronto and Carthage. He is also a famous poet in Tunisia. His documentary Fouledh was selected to participate in the Cannes Film Festival in the La Fabrique Cinema workshop.
