A German-born American actress, who came to the United States with her German mother and military father. She studied at the Theater Department at the University of Texas at Austin. She received a full scholarship to the Juilliard School under the tutelage of the legendary John Houseman. She co-starred in The Teller and the Truth, which was screened at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival. Her other credits include Waking Life (2001) and Dazed and Confused (1993).
