A Kuwaiti plastic artist. He was born in 1930 in the Al-Qanaat neighborhood in the Sharq region. He received his education at Al-Mubarakiya School, from which he was qualified to graduate from the teachers’ class in 1949. He worked as a headmaster for 17 years, after which he retired from work in 1979. During his career in art, he painted more than 600 oil paintings of different sizes, all of which came from the reality of the Kuwaiti heritage in all its forms and shapes. He participated in many exhibitions inside and outside Kuwait. He has also published many books on the heritage, such as the riddles of Ghataya and Ghania. He passed away on November 15, 2013.
