A British actor, born in London, England, on January 6, 1933, and died on October 14, 2012. His notable work includes Yellow Submarine (1968), The Italian Job (1969), A Clockwork Orange (1971), and The Pink Panther Strikes Again (1978). John Clive was also an author, best known internationally for his historical and social bestselling novels. He began his career at the age of 14, in a touring theater, then moved to West End in London, and presented comedic and dramatic roles. He was a member of the cast of the Carry on franchise. His first film was Smashing Time (1967). When his work in films decreased, he focused on television, as well as theatrical productions. In the late nineties, his career came to a halt, and he lived between Spain and London, until he died in 2012, at the age of 79.
