A Canadian actress of British, Irish, and French descent, born in White Rock, British Columbia, Canada. She is the youngest of seven children. She attended the Vancouver Film School and worked at the Vancouver Youth Theatre. She began as a model and was advised to pursue acting at the age of six. She won the award for Best Actor in Meeting Dad, a short film at the Vancouver Film School. Some of her works are Space Cases (1996) and Serenity (2005).
