A British actor born in Chiswick, London, UK. He went to Drama School at 8 years old then learned acting at Corona Academy. He made his onscreen debut as a child on the film The Yellow Balloon (1953), and appeared in several other films and TV series as a child and teenager. He then appeared as an adult in works such as Cleopatra (1963) and Great Expectations (1967). His last appearance was in the TV movie Holed (1996). He married twice and both marriages ended in divorce. He had a stroke in 2003 and retired from acting.
