An American actress, born in New York City, New York, USA, on September 20, 1895. Edna Holland's most notable works include Dark Alibi (1946), Criss Cross (1949), and Kiss and Tell (1945). She was a theater, film, and television actress. She appeared in several Broadway productions and began working in 1914 in silent cinema, which she quit in 1921 and returned to the theater until 1939 when she began working in talking pictures, and she always played the roles of professional women such as teachers, nurses, or secretaries. Edna Holland died at the age of 86 in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, USA, on May 4, 1982, due to a ruptured aneurysm.
